Due to the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Ziad Abdel Wahab Al-Nuaimi, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, through his work in the Preparatory Committee for the Ninth International Scientific Conference marked Iraq after 2003: State, Society, Economy, Law, External Relations: The challenges and opportunities set up by the Regional Studies Center in cooperation with the Iraqi Experience House Foundation, was honored with a book appreciating efforts by Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul. And the community established by national and international institutions, colleges and universities, as well as civil society institutions, in a way that contributes to building bridges of scientific, knowledge and societal communication and access to the latest scientific, cultural and societal developments and the latest, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of our college represented by Dr. And the administrator and her request, Dr. Ziad Abdel Wahab Al-Nuaimi, wishing him more Excellence and creativity
