In continuation of the scientific research movement in the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Suha Hamid Salim, one of the lecturers in the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has published two scientific books entitled (The Observer State in the United Nations under Public International Law and Pollution of the Outer Space Environment in Public International Law). These two books come within the efforts of our college’s lecturers and researchers to provide the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations that provide solutions to everything that is new and innovative, in addition to considering them two specialized scientific references that provide legal offices with scientific sources that include modern information that students and researchers can benefit from in their studies and research.
