In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Fawaz Khalaf Zahir / College of Law, Tikrit University in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the Public Law Department, Youssef Fathi Muhammad, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation delivered to him on behalf of the Deanship of the College by Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah, Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs.
