Dr. Mayada Ahmed Mohammed, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the workshop entitled Crimes of Employees Exceeding the Limits of the Job – A Picture of Administrative and Financial Corruption, which was held by the Research and Development Department and the Performance Evaluation Department in the Nineveh Governorate Diwan and the administrative and financial departments, which aims to evaluate the work of government departments and reduce the spread of the phenomenon of corruption. The workshop addressed several axes through direct discussion and taking multiple opinions on how to reduce the spread of this phenomenon, its causes and reasons, and finding real ways to eliminate it by developing modern scientific plans and methods to reduce it. This participation comes within the plans and programs of the Deanship of our college aimed at raising community awareness of the provisions of public office and working to clarify administrative corruption, its results, and its role in obstructing the wheel of development and growth in all its forms and shapes.
