In continuation of the scientific research movement in the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Hassan Talal Younis, one of the lecturers in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has published a scientific book entitled (Defenses in the Cancellation Suit). This book comes within the efforts of our college’s lecturers and members to provide the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations that provide solutions to everything new and innovative, in addition to considering it a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific sources that include modern information that students and researchers can benefit from in their studies and research.
