In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Saad Salem Sultan in performing the tasks assigned to him with dedication and sincerity, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Saad Salem Sultan, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
