In the presence of His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Saeed, Head of the International Council for Human Rights Mission to the United Nations and the members of the International Council for Human Rights Unit in Nineveh, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, inaugurated, via electronic space, the work of the international scientific symposium held by the International Council for Human Rights Unit entitled (The Role of Academic Institutions in Promoting Human Rights). This participation comes within the efforts of the Deanship of our College to motivate its members to participate in national and international scientific, research, cultural and student activities and events, which contributes to learning about the latest scientific, research and cultural studies and developments, and the role of that in contributing to spreading legal culture among the various segments and classes of society.
