Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired a meeting of the College Council on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, in the presence of all its members, in which he conveyed the directives of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, regarding the academic process in our dear university. He also reviewed the first minutes of the Human Rights Law Branch Council and the third minutes of the Graduate Studies Committee for the Private Law Branch, in addition to the minutes of the first meeting of the Editorial Board of Al-Rafidain Journal of Law and its internal regulations No. 1 of 2024. He also discussed a number of proposals related to international days programs and reviewed a number of scientific promotion transactions for a number of our college’s lecturers and approved the granting of master’s and doctoral degrees to a number of our college graduates who have completed all scientific and administrative requirements. The council also stressed the need to complete all administrative and scientific matters related to registering undergraduate/morning students accepted into our college within the central and parallel admission channels for the current academic year 2024-2025, in addition to emphasizing the importance of expediting the receipt of And reviewing the transactions of applicants for evening studies at our college for the current academic year 2024-2025 due to the approaching deadline for applications. The Council also discussed many issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions and recommendations regarding them.
