Headed by Dr. Naktal Ibrahim Abdel Rahman and membership of Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed, Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda and Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Othman, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student Safar Youssef Samir under the supervision of Dr. Qidar Abdul Qader Saleh and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Public Law Branch.
