In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan, one of the lecturers at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, during his tenure in the Scientific Promotions Committee at the University of Tal Afar, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmed Abdulaziz, President of the University of Tal Afar. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students congratulate Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
