Headed by Dr. Hashem Muhammad Ahmad and membership of Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein, Dr. Osama Ahmed Muhammad and Dr. Israa Younis Hadi, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student Abdulkhaliq Mutlaq Saleh under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Public Law Branch.
