In the presence of a number of official Iraqi ministerial and governmental figures and the French ambassador in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, Dr. Huda Hadi Mahmoud, one of the human rights law faculty members at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the cultural evening marked “The Night of Ideas 2022 (Rebuilding) Together: Shared Water” which was held by The French Cultural Institute in Iraq – Baghdad on June 30, 2022, where the evening dealt with many issues related to the marshes that have been included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO and climate change, and an exhibition of photographs, as well as many scientific and research posters, and this participation represents the societal role of the faculty’s affiliates. In the context of their scientific interaction and harnessing their research capabilities in providing studies for future topics.
