With international participation and government attendance, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated for the period January 25-26, 2025 in the activities of the international scientific conference that addressed the topic of employing artificial intelligence tools in scientific research held by Helwan University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The participation was represented by stating the legal position on addressing the risks of artificial intelligence, with a detailed presentation of the efforts of the University of Mosul and the College of Law in the field of formulating the appropriate legal system in light of the experiences of international organizations such as UNESCO and regional organizations such as the European Union, as well as providing an explanation of the most prominent aspects of development in work paths within the University of Mosul and the College of Law and introducing the educational and community programs implemented at our university. The above participation witnessed a distinctive interaction from the attendees, and the above participation represents the distinguished and diligent role of our university and college in working and contributing to the scientific, research and cultural activities and events held by colleges, universities and national and international scientific institutions and the role of this in developing scientific talents and cognitive abilities and demonstrating the prestigious scientific and academic position For Iraqi cadres in various fields of science and knowledge.
