Given the distinguished academic standing and specialized scientific experience in the field of public international law of Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, one of the lecturers in the Public Law Department / Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at our college, the Deanship of the College received a request to assist Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad to participate in judging the National Championship for the Universities of the State of Kuwait for the Philip C. Jessup Competition, which will be held on February 12, 2025 in the State of Kuwait. The above request expresses the distinguished scientific, research and academic standing enjoyed by the Iraqi academic elites in their general and precise field of specialization.
