The activities of the Legal Clinic at the College of Law at the University of Mosul continued with the delivery of a specialized scientific lecture by Professor Dr. Yasser Basem Dhnoon, Professor of Evidence Law and Civil Procedures, on Monday, February 17, 2025, to a number of students in the second, third and fourth stages, which dealt with the mechanism of filing a civil lawsuit, with an explanation of a number of aspects related to legal facts that played a role in enriching the theoretical aspect of our dear students. It is worth noting that the Legal Clinic contributes to developing students’ skills by shedding light on the applied aspect in all legal sciences.
