In view of the scientific, research and administrative efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and his performance of the tasks assigned to him with dedication and sincerity, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students, congratulate Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university and our proud Iraq.
