Specialized scientific lecture on administrative and financial corruption crimes,,,
Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in the work of the training course entitled Administrative and Financial Corruption Crimes and the Extent of Their Coverage by General Amnesty Laws, by giving a specialized scientific lecture on the subject of the course held by the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul, where he addressed in his lecture the concept of administrative and financial corruption, its types, causes, ways to combat it, and mechanisms for preventing it, with a statement of its societal effects and repercussions, touching on the criminal responsibility of its perpetrator and the penalties specified by law. The course witnessed a distinguished university presence by directing many questions and inquiries about the subject of the course, which were answered in detail. At the end of the course, the Deanship of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, represented by Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, Dean of the College, honored Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya with a certificate of appreciation in appreciation of their efforts in participating in the above activity.
