Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired a meeting of the College Council on Thursday, March 6, 2025, in the presence of all its members, in which he conveyed the directives of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, regarding the academic process in our dear university. The Council also reviewed the minutes of the Graduate Studies Committee for the Human Rights Law Branch and the annex of the Scientific Committee for the Public Law Branch and the vision, mission and goals of the Rafidain Journal of Law and the treatment of the scientific promotion of one of the college’s lecturers, as well as its approval to form a discussion committee for one of the graduate students / doctorate in the Public Law Branch and to grant master’s and doctorate degrees to a number of graduates of graduate studies in our college who have completed their scientific and administrative obligations. The Council also discussed many issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions and recommendations regarding them.
