In view of the distinguished efforts made by Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus Yahya and Lecturer Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan / Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law, University of Mosul, in the work of the workshop entitled Scientific Promotions and their Requirements, which was held by the Central Committee for Scientific Promotions in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at Al-Hamdaniya University, they were honored with two letters of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Khazal Yassin Mustafa, Assistant President of Al-Hamdaniya University for Scientific Affairs. In turn, the Deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Muhammad Yunus Yahya and Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan, wishing them more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
