Congratulations! The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its academic and administrative staff, and its students, extends its warmest congratulations to Dr. Saeed Khudeida Qulu, one of the lecturers in the Public Law Department at our College, on the occasion of his appointment as Head of the Human Rights Division at the Presidency of the University of Mosul.
