Continuing the scientific research movement at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Shaima Fawzi Ahmed, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has published a scientific publication entitled “The Legal System of Corporate Succession / A Comparative Study.” This publication is part of the efforts of our college’s lecturers and affiliates to present the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations, providing solutions to all that is new and innovative. Furthermore, it serves as a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific resources containing up-to-date information that students and researchers can benefit from in their studies and research.
