A training course on the importance of implementing the Emergency Law in exceptional circumstances. Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris, the rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in a training course entitled “The Importance of Implementing the Emergency Law in Exceptional Circumstances,” which was held by the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul from March 16-20, 2025. Our college’s participation in the above course comes within the framework of the University of Mosul’s program to develop teaching and administrative staff, which contributes to spreading legal culture and developing the practical skills and cognitive capabilities of employees in government departments and the public sector.
