Participation of the College of Law at the University of Mosul in the Second International Scientific Conference of the College of Law at the University of Al-Qadisiyah. Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, a lecturer in the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the Second International Scientific Conference entitled “The Role of the Legal Profession in Addressing Contemporary Problems,” which was held by the College of Law at the University of Al-Qadisiyah in cooperation with the Iraqi Jurists Union, Diwaniyah Branch. Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed chaired one of the conference’s scientific sessions and was honored with the College of Law Shield by Professor Dr. Nizam Jabbar Talib, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Al-Qadisiyah. The above participation is part of the plans and programs of our college’s deanship for scientific communication and cognitive interaction with the scientific, research, academic, and student activities and events held by colleges, universities, and national, regional, and international scientific institutions. This participation plays a significant role in keeping abreast of all new developments in the field of general and specific legal scientific specialization.
