Participation of the College of Law and the UNESCO Chair at the University of Mosul in the International Scientific Conference “Memory of Pain in Iraq”

Professor Dr. Raqib Muhammad Jassim, a lecturer in the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the international scientific conference held in the holy city of Karbala in cooperation with the Al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine. The conference featured the presentation of a research paper that addressed the scientific, research, and academic role of the University of Mosul as one of the scientific edifices in Mosul and Iraq. It also highlighted the construction, development, and progress it is witnessing, highlighting the efforts and measures taken to obtain the UNESCO Chair. The paper also provided a comprehensive explanation of the Chair’s strategy and programs for openness, communication, and interaction with scientific and educational circles and institutions in Mosul, in addition to its cooperation and communication with international and international colleges and universities. The above participation represents the tireless role of the University of Mosul, its colleges, and its research centers in scientific cooperation and academic communication, which contributes to highlighting its scientific and educational role at the national and global levels.
