The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali, the members of the College Council, its academic and administrative staff, and its students, extends its warmest congratulations to Dr. Nagham Abdul Sattar Hussein, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at the College of Law, on the occasion of her appointment as Secretary of the University of Mosul Council.
