The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali, the members of the College Council, its academic and administrative staff, and its students, extends its warmest congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr. Rafel Hassan Hamid, a lecturer in the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law, on the occasion of her appointment as Assistant to the President of the University of Mosul for Administrative Affairs.
