Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Ramadan Ali, Dean of the College of Law, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, Head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division, the above-mentioned division conducted a student visit on Monday, April 28, 2025, accompanied by a number of college instructors, to the Dar Al-Zahour for Girls / Special Needs Care Department, affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs / Nineveh. The visit included providing material, psychological, and moral support to the residents of the home. This visit is part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s plans to open up and communicate with state institutions, as well as within the programs of the College of Law and the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division, which aim to care for students and develop a sense of solidarity, cooperation, and support for others, especially those with special needs.
