Participation in the activities of the Second Joint International Scientific Conference entitled “Legislative Inequality and Integration in Federal States”

Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, a lecturer in the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the activities of the Second International Scientific Conference entitled “Legislative Inequality and Integration in Federal States”, which was held from April 23-24, 2025, under the slogan “Effective Administration and Renewed Legislation for a Better Future” at the University of Duhok, in cooperation with the Faculties of Law at the Universities of Duhok, Salah al-Din, and Sulaymaniyah. His participation included moderating one of the conference sessions, and the conference’s management honored Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of his efforts in the success of the above-mentioned conference and its activities.
