In recognition of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Badr Hamada Saleh, a lecturer at the College of Law at Tikrit University, in supporting scientific, cultural, and student activities at our college, and his participation in the discussion of Khalil Ali Khalil, a doctoral student in the Public Law Department, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali, Dean of the College.
