Master’s thesis in the human rights law branch on the role of the International Criminal Court in protecting people from enforced disappearance

On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the role of the International Criminal Court in protecting people from enforced disappearance, a part of which was attended by a number of college council members and teachers

The letter presented by the student, Raed Jamal Jassim, in the Human Rights Law Branch, dealt with enforced disappearance, which is one of the serious and grave acts that are considered a crime against humanity, and the role of the International Criminal Court in protecting the victims of this crime

The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf and Assistant Professor Dr. Ziad Abdel Wahab Abdullah, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Nazim Daoud
