To our college’s top graduates and holders of postgraduate degrees covered by Laws (67 and 59),
Referring to the letter from the University of Mosul Presidency/Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs/Employment and Staffing Division No. 23031 dated June 24, 2025, and attached to the letter from the Federal Service Council No. 60/114/3564 dated May 21, 2025, which includes (informing the top graduates and holders of postgraduate degrees covered by Laws (67 and 59) of 2017 that their council has approved the unified national ID number for the purpose of generating and updating previous codes for those who have not been appointed from the aforementioned category, provided that the relevant authorities approve the launch of the code updating and generation system). Our college’s graduates, holders of postgraduate degrees and top graduates, should visit the college and submit their applications to collect and unify their data until the code-granting system is opened. They should bring their unified national ID card and official documents (a photocopy) and a copy. From the university order for granting degrees.
