Al-Khasfa is a living witness to a crime against humanity.
Today, after the opening of the Khasfa area.. which is considered the largest mass grave.. a witness to another crime committed by the ISIS terrorist gangs against the people of Mosul.
Today, the city remembers its sons who were victims of those gangs, and this area stands as a witness to them..
It can be said that this crime is in fact a crime against humanity.. committed systematically in its material element through the commission of one of the acts identified by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.. namely, the deliberate killing of defenseless civilians, both military and civilian.. all or most of them from this city that witnessed crimes committed against it.. by those gangs.
Another crime in its legal description.. such as the crime of genocide against the Yazidi brothers.. and the crime against humanity committed against these persons with both its material and moral elements.
The voice of the victims must have an echo before the judiciary when the punishment is imposed on the perpetrators.
