Participation of the Assistant Dean of the College of Law for Administrative Affairs in a workshop at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Hamdaniya
The Legal Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit and the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Hamdaniya, organized a workshop on Thursday morning, October 9, 2025, entitled:
“The Problem of Inheritance: Between Justice and Common Mistakes.”
The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Abdul Wahab Issa, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs at the College of Law, University of Mosul. In his lecture, he addressed the most prominent legal and Sharia issues raised in inheritance cases, highlighting the importance of achieving social justice and avoiding common mistakes in interpreting texts and applying relevant provisions.
The workshop was well attended by faculty, staff, and students, who enriched the discussion with their questions and contributions, reflecting their keen interest in the workshop topics.
This event is part of a series of academic activities organized by the College of Administration and Economics, as part of its efforts to enhance legal culture and spread legal awareness among university members.
