A student training visit…

The Training, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at our college, in cooperation with the Training, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University of Mosul, organized a student visit, accompanied by several faculty members, to the Nineveh Court of Appeals/Personal Status Court on Sunday, November 9, 2025. The visit included a tour of the court’s departments and attendance at a lecture delivered by the Chief Justice of the Personal Status Court, Judge Saad Waad Allah Al-Nuaimi. The lecture addressed the most prominent cases brought before the court, methods of resolving them, and the necessary composure and patience a lawyer should possess in handling cases. It also emphasized the importance of mediating between disputing parties and attempting reconciliation before finalizing a case. The visit also included observing personal status cases. This visit is part of the training programs undertaken by our college’s Training, Employment, and Follow-up Unit, which integrates theoretical studies with practical experience and emphasizes the importance of immersing students in judicial work to prepare them for future judicial careers after graduation.
