Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Rubaie, a faculty member at the College of Law, University of Mosul, participated as a member of the doctoral dissertation defense committee at the College of Law and Political Science, University of Kirkuk. The dissertation, by researcher Hussein Fathi Majbal Al-Obaidi, was titled:

“Managing Public Facilities in the Digital Age.” The defense took place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the Hammurabi Hall, College of Law and Political Science, University of Kirkuk.

This participation aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
