In the presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Jassim, a joint cultural and scientific cooperation agreement was signed between the College of Law at the University of Mosul and the College of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him). The signing ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, on the sidelines of the scientific symposium held between the two colleges, entitled “The Role of Law and the Humanities in Combating the Scourge of Drugs.”

This agreement is part of the College of Law’s policy of openness and communication with all local and international universities, allowing for new frameworks of cooperation that contribute to strengthening cultural and educational relations. These relations, in turn, support the educational process and provide the best means and experiences for our students, enhancing their knowledge and broadening their expertise in the field of legal sciences.
