The Public Law Department at the College of Law, University of Mosul, organized the first scientific debate for second-year students (morning program) in Financial Legislation. Two teams of six students each participated, presenting their legal perspectives and analyses on the assigned topics in an interactive academic environment designed to develop students’ dialogue, research, and analytical skills.

The debate was evaluated by a judging panel comprised of:

• Dr. Fadila Abbas – Chair

• Dr. Zainab Munther – Judge

• Dr. Ikram Basil – Judge and Supervisor

The panel expressed its appreciation for the students’ outstanding performance, praising their ability to effectively and competently utilize legal knowledge in discussing financial topics.

This event reflects the college’s commitment to enhancing the practical application of coursework and encouraging students to engage in academic experiences that contribute to refining their skills.
