On Monday, December 1, 2025, the College of Law at the University of Mosul welcomed a group of female students from Al-Tareeq Al-Mudhee’ Preparatory School for Girls as part of a student visit program aimed at introducing them to the university environment and enhancing legal awareness among school students. The students were received by the Volunteer Work Unit and taken to the college library, where they were shown the books and references covering various legal specializations. They were also given a tour of the college’s units and departments. During the visit, Dr. Ahmed Fares Al-Hayali, Head of the Human Rights Branch, delivered an educational lecture on a range of important topics, most notably cyber extortion, its treatment, prevention, and protection from its effects and consequences. This visit is part of a series of volunteer and educational awareness activities implemented by the University of Mosul to disseminate legal knowledge among students.
