Scientific Workshop
College of Law Organizes a Scientific Workshop on Developing Civil Law
The Private Law Department at the College of Law, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit and within the framework of implementing the National Security Strategy, organized a scientific workshop entitled:
“Critical and Analytical Observations for Developing Civil Law.” The workshop was held on Tuesday morning, December 2, 2025, in the Martyr Layla Abdullah Saeed Hall.
Through its various sessions, the workshop addressed a number of scholarly perspectives and observations aimed at modernizing civil legislation to align with legal and societal changes. It also provided an opportunity for faculty members and students to express their opinions and suggestions in this area.
This event is part of the College’s efforts to support scientific research and promote academic dialogue, contributing to the development of the legal system in Iraq.
