In appreciation of the efforts made by Professor Dr. Dhunoun Younis Saleh of the Civil Law Department at Tikrit University, for his membership on the committee discussing the doctoral dissertation of student Radwan Abdullah Hamed Hammadi Al-Rubaie at our college, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation.
