Judicial decisions. An initiative launched by the Faculty of Law.

The College of Law Launches the “Judicial Decisions” Initiative

The College of Law launched the “Judicial Decisions” initiative, organized by the Volunteer Work Unit in cooperation with the Studies and Planning Department/Sustainable Development Unit, and in coordination with the College’s Media and Government Communication Division.

The initiative aims to promote legal culture and raise awareness of judicial decisions and their importance in establishing the principles of justice and the rule of law. It also aims to develop students’ academic and practical skills and connect theoretical aspects with real-world judicial applications.

This initiative is part of a series of academic and volunteer activities that the College of Law is keen to organize, affirming its academic and community role in serving students and society, and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals related to sound legal education. This includes achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, such as Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Community Development.

The first of these decisions is “A Commentary on a Discriminatory Decision” by Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya.
