Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali Al-Khattabi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated as part of the university delegation in the activities of the first session of the national strategic training programme “Iraqi University Leadership towards Excellence and Sustainability 2030.”

The Dean’s participation came as part of the University of Mosul delegation, headed by the Scientific Assistant to the University President and with the participation of a number of college deans, in the programme organised by the Ministries of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Planning through the National Centre for Administrative Development and Information Technology, which is being held in the capital, Baghdad, for the period from 21 to 25 June 2026.
