In recognition of the scientific and academic efforts exerted by Prof. Dr. Sabah Misbah Mahmoud, of the College of Law – University of Tikrit, for chairing the defense committee of the doctoral dissertation submitted by the candidate Mohammed Dhiyab Sattam, from the Public Law Branch at the College of Law, the Deanship of the College has honored Dr. Sabah Misbah with a certificate of appreciation and gratitude, in acknowledgment of his active contributions and his pivotal role in the successful conduct of the defense committee’s proceedings.
