The Deanship of the College of Law, its Council, and its staff extend their warmest congratulations and blessings to Assistant Professor Dr. Fares Mohammed Hussein on the occasion of his assignment to the duties of Rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College. They wish him success, sound judgment, and achievement in carrying out his new duties, in a manner that contributes to enhancing the scientific and academic journey of the branch and the College.
