Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Ridha, a faculty member at the College of Law / University of Mosul, participated as a member of the discussion committee for the doctoral dissertation of the student Amir Imad Nouri Mohammed, titled:

“Legal Regulation of Smart Public Utilities – A Comparative Study”

This took place at the College of Law / University of Baghdad, on Monday, August 31, 2026. The dissertation addressed an important topic in the field of administrative law, concerning the legal regulation of smart public utilities in light of technological developments and digital transformation.

This scientific participation comes within the framework of enhancing the academic presence of faculty members from the College of Law / University of Mosul and their active contribution to scientific committees and the discussions of postgraduate theses and dissertations in Iraqi universities.
