At the College of Law, University of Mosul, training and scientific preparations are continuing for the college team participating in the Eighth International Student Commercial Arbitration Competition, within the framework of the college’s keenness to develop its students’ skills in the field of commercial arbitration and enhance their scientific and practical abilities.

The training includes studying and analyzing arbitration cases, practicing the preparation of legal memoranda and oral pleadings, in addition to developing skills in legal research, discussion, and dialogue, in a way that qualifies the team to participate and compete in this international scientific forum.

This participation comes within the direction of the College of Law at the University of Mosul towards supporting outstanding students and providing them with opportunities to engage with international academic and legal experiences, in a way that contributes to building a legal generation that possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with developments in the field of law and commercial arbitration.
