Master’s thesis in the branch of public law on the effectiveness of management in removing abuses on public money / a comparative study,,,

On Tuesday, June 21, 2022, the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the effectiveness of administration in removing abuses of public money / a comparative study, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and Prof. Administrative and financial, and a number of members of the college council and its teachers.

The letter submitted by the student Ahmed Saleh Awwad dealt with the abuse of public money, which represents a blatant challenge to the prestige of the state and respect for the law. The most effective and most capable of addressing the problem of abuse.

The study aims to show that there are several labels for abuses that differ from one country to another, where they are called slums, tin houses or tin buildings, and in Iraq they are legally called abuse.

The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Nektel Ibrahim Abdul Rahman, the membership of the Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, the Assistant Professor Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Othman, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Qaidar Abdul Qadir Saleh.
