In the presence of Prof. Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch, chaired by Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, and the membership of Dr. Yousra Walid Ibrahim, Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi and Dr. Nizar Hazem Al-Damluji, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Monday, December 5, 2022, and a project to register a PhD student’s thesis was discussed. Muhammad Abbas Jalal, under the supervision of Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud, and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After examining the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the address after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the private law branch.
