On Tuesday, December 13, 2022, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired a meeting of the College Council in the presence of all its members, in which the directives of the President of the Council of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. The Council discussed the minutes of the third session of the Council of the Public Law Branch, the minutes of the seventh and eighth sessions of the Scientific Committee of the Private Law Branch, the minutes of setting standards and receiving applications for granting academic leave and applications submitted for the purpose of postponing studies, in addition to discussing requests for the equivalence of two diploma degrees with a master’s degree, and the memorandum submitted by the head of the Public Law Branch regarding court practice The Council also discussed many issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions and recommendations.
