Meeting of the Central Committee for proposing amendments to ministerial legal legislation
The central committee for proposing amendments to legal legislations pertaining to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the problem at the University of Mosul met under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. The committee included both Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mounir Salem Taha, Scientific Assistant to the President of the University, Deans of the Faculties of Administration, Economics and Law, as well as the Director of Legal Affairs in the Presidency of the University, Head of the Public Law Branch in the Faculty of Law and professors of specialization from the branch. The committee discussed, based on ministerial directives, proposals to develop University Service Law No. 23 of 2008, the effective amendment, and submitted its recommendations in this regard to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
